Alfie is a 5-6 year old very sweet GWP. He loves his people, and is gentle. He gets rambunctious and happy and he is a big boy! But he loves to walk, play, and is getting some wonderful training at the PetRanchKc! He is great with adults and older kids, and what a tremendous dog he is!

Michigan-URGENT need for a foster or adoptive home!
This is a very nice close coated GWP that found herself without a home in MI. Her family lost their home, and regretfully had to place her into a shelter. GWP owners and rescuers are very passionate about our dogs, so she was able to be pulled and moved to a foster home in MI>
Fully vetted, and a nice girl! Her family obviously loved her very much and she was well cared for.

You must read and sign on the application that you totally understand the article "About the Breed" This information is critical for you to make a choice on whether to adopt a GWP or not. NO CATS, birds or other small furry creatures in homes Please and you must have a fence....remember to do your homework on this breed before considering adoption. They are tremendous family pets, but have genetic hardwired tendencies to hunt fur as well as feather. GWPs need a tremendous amount of exercise, daily outings, lots of mental stimulation. If you are gone long hours...this is not the breed for you.
