Applicants must come to either KS or NE to pick up their new family member. We do not ship/fly puppies or dogs due to stress it causes them. NO CATS or Birds Please.You must have a fence, no invisible fencing systems.

We will do our best to fit the dog’s needs to the needs of the potential home. DO not expect a rescue dog to be a hunter…our goal is to find forever companion homes. Lifestyles sometimes change. If you moved, became ill, or present circumstances changed, what would happen to your dog? Under what circumstances would you feel it necessary to relinquish the dog back to the rescue?

Please fill out and attach a picture of the environment, please know a home visit will take place as the adoption progresses. A final contract will be submitted at the time of the final adoption. Procedure of adoption:
1) application
2) checking personal and vet references
3) home visit
4) If possible initial meeting
5) adjustment time of 30 days
Remember, we need time to process all applications to insure the dog is matched with the home. We adopt RESPONSIBLY with the dog's best interests put first. We are not a first come first serve. slowly integrating the new dog into the home by the use of crates, walking with the other dog in the household on neutral ground, and obedience classes for dogs under 1 year if necessary. We suggest the book "A Member of the Family" specifically page 67 on integration of a rescued animal into the new home.

We will do a home visit so no cats, barn cats or any small furry creature....
Our adoption fees range from $250-$400. Your new pet comes fully vetted including the following: all shots, spay/neuter surgery, heartworm neg., frontlined, bathed and groomed, on heartworm preventitive, crate and leash trained.
We provide full medical records, contact with our attending vet is available. We pride ourselves with being recognized as a Rescue that provides the best care possible for every dog/puppy in our care. We are a NO KILL organization and provide whatever our dogs/puppies need to be restored to health.
